1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards.
PayPal and Payoneer will be available soon to provide you with more flexible payment options.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Aurvise offers worldwide shipping 🌍. Please note that additional international shipping charges may apply.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us at aurvise@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If your return request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Currently, we do not offer direct size exchanges. We recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
