We want you to shop with confidence. Every order is carefully checked before shipping, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:
The item arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong variant (size, color, or style).
The package is lost in transit or has not been delivered within the promised timeframe.
The order is incomplete (missing items).
Timeframe
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of the issue (photos or video) is required to process your request.
Returns
In most cases, products do not need to be returned due to high international return costs.
If a return is required, the item must be shipped to our China warehouse. Please note that the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following situations:
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
“Change of mind” after purchase (including dislike of the product).
Wrong size ordered by the customer.
Delays caused by customs clearance or factors beyond our control.
Process
1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and supporting evidence (photo/video).
3. Once approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement within 2–5 business days.
